    Philips HeartStart FRx Defibrillator ENG, 1 U/Pk

    The HeartStart FRx defibrillator provides real-time guidance through simple, step-by-step voice commands, an audible metronome and CPR guidance to help guide the treatment of a suspected sudden cardiac arrest. With easy set-up, clear voice prompts, and rugged design, HeartStart FRx is designed for users trained in Basic Life Support (BLS).

    Every HeartStart OnSite comes ready-to-rescue. The device is pre-installed in the carrying case and battery and pads are pre-installed in the device. Simply pull up the handle on the front of the AED to activate it.

    Therapy:

    • Adult defibrillation peak current: 32A (150J nominal) into a 50 ohm load. Pediatric defibrillation (with optional Infant/Child Key installed): 19A (50J nominal) into a 50 ohm load.

    Protocol:

    • Device Protocol follows preconfigured settings. Defibrillation and CPR protocol can be customized using HeartStart Configure software.

    Quick shock:

    • Able to deliver a shock after the end of a CPR interval, typically in eight seconds.

    These Infant/Child SMART Pads signal the AED device to reduce the shock from 150 joules to 50 joules, making it safer for use on infants & children.

    Philips HeartStart Replacement Training Pads only (1 pair) - no cartridge - Adult, 1 U/Pk

    Replacement Adult Training Electrode Pads for the Philips HeartStart OnSite model is meant for replacing electrode pad gels and cable assembly to replace the worn out sticky portions of your OnSite AED training electrode cartridge.

    Ensure your dental office staff is adequately trained in using the Philips HeartStart OnSite AED with the Philips SMART Pads Training Cartridge. These special purpose pads are installed in the HeartStart OnSite and the HeartStart Trainer. When installed in the OnSite, they suspend the defibrillator’s ability to deliver a shock and activate its training mode, enabling the user to run any of eight emergency scenarios. Depending on which cartridge is used – Adult or Infant/Child – the defibrillator’s voice instructions, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) coaching, will be appropriate for treating the simulated victim.

    To facilitate training on the OnSite Defibrillator, Philips Infant/Child (M5074A) Training Pads Cartridges are available. These special purpose cartridge pads, when installed in the HeartStart OnSite, suspend the defibrillator’s ability to deliver a shock and activate its training mode, enabling the user to run any of eight emergency scenarios. The defibrillator’s voice instructions, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) coaching, are appropriate for teaching how to treat an Infant/Child – the simulated victim.
